What are your shipping rates and delivery times?
We offer flat-rate shipping of $5.95 on all domestic orders, with free shipping on orders over $50. Most orders are processed within 24 hours and arrive within 3-5 business days.
Do you offer samples before I commit to a full bag?
Yes, we offer 1-ounce sample sizes for nearly all of our loose leaf teas, allowing you to discover your new favorite blend before purchasing a larger quantity.
What is your return policy if I don't like a specific blend?
We want you to love your tea. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days for a full refund or exchange, excluding shipping costs.

Our pyramid tea sachets are made from a plant-based, biodegradable material that is fully compostable, ensuring an eco-friendly brewing experience.
